Six-foot-11 (2.11-meter) Reilly Opelka and Tommy Paul, both 18, are set to play in consecutive matches on Court 1 beginnning at 10 a.m. at the Natomas Racquet Club.
Opelka, who won the Wimbledon junior title, will face countryman Evan King, a 23-year-old former All-American at the University of Michigan.
Then Paul, the French Open junior champ, will meet American Dennis Nevolo, a 25-year-old former All-American at the University of Illinois.
Paul joined John McEnroe (1977) and Bjorn Fratangelo (2011) as the only Americans to win the French Open boys singles title.
